I was in a presentation recently and the presenter asked the question … What are you doing to strengthen your expectation?
As you know you can have all types of expectations … Positive; Negative; Big; Small; Expectations you create and expectations that are created for you.
However, the key is what are you doing to strengthen your expectation about what is possible for you to achieve? Do you visualise, meditate, have positive self-talk or just continue to make progress towards what is important to you, what matters to you?
I am not sure which method will be right for you, I only know you need to be deliberate in creating the right expectations and all of these approaches work.
